Booking Policy:
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be received to secure your spot. No reservation is confirmed until payment is made in full.
Service Scope:
Our service provides coach travel to away Southampton matches. Match tickets are not included unless explicitly stated. The ticket is for transportation only.
Seating Arrangements:
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking, seating is unreserved. We cannot guarantee specific seats.
Age Restrictions:
Travel is open to fans aged 16 and over. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. In exceptional cases, parental/guardian consent may be required via a signed waiver (available upon request).
Conduct & Behavior:
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any abusive, aggressive, or disruptive conduct will result in removal from the service without refund, and may be reported to authorities.
Alcohol & Substance Policy:
No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted on board. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Personal Items & Equipment:
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings, including electronic devices and mobility aids. We will not be liable for damage or loss. Assistance with mobility aids will only be provided upon request and under supervision.
Weather & Cancellation:
If a match is canceled before departure due to weather or other circumstances, a credit note for future travel will be issued. If canceled en route, no refunds will be available.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before travel will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund
Force Majeure & Cancellations:
In cases of insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel trips. Any payments will be fully refunded, and we bear no further liability.
